Hampshire Talented Athlete Scheme open for applications

I am pleased to confirm that the 2013 Hampshire Talented Athlete Scheme is open now for applications (generally for those ranked in top 15 'Power of 10' Track & Field in 2012 - see detailed criteria in link below).

National and international level athletes from Hampshire and Southampton can now apply for a variety of support services including:

Free access to participating leisure centres
Discounted physiotherapy care across Hampshire
Free bus travel cards from Stagecoach, Bluestar and First Group
Sports science support from Southampton Solent University

For Hampshire residents:

Grant up to £400 (not a guaranteed amount)

For Southampton residents:

A range of support services from Southampton Solent University including strength and conditioning, injury prevention screening and discounted sports supplements.
